- Check and lubricate blower motor
- Check and adjust thermostat
- Check all condensate and vacuum lines
- Remove and flush condensate trap
- Check and clean pilot/ignitor assembly
- Check inducer motor
- Check for gas leaks in furnace
- Adjust burners for peak efficiency
- Check furnace venting for pitch and security
