We are looking to add self motivated, well organized, HVAC technicians to our team. The right candidate will have at least two years of experience in this field. Able to read blueprints, schematics; problem solving, trouble-shooting and planning are great skills to posses. Able to work well with other or alone, receive and give directions pertaining to job tasks. Communicate with co-workers, contractors, and clients. Plan ahead and order materials when needed. This position would include furnance & air conditioning replacements, gas piping, metal fabrication, new construction install, remodels and light commercial installation, as well as service of HVAC related equipment. Hydronic and Geiothermal knowledge is a plus, but we are willing to teach.

Physical demands would include, but not limited to, heavy lifting and carrying of 50 pounds or more, reaching, bending, crouching, working from ladders, scissors lifts and roofs. The typical schedule is weekdays 7- 4 which can vary based on job demand. Be part of the after hours on-call rotation one week at a time, with bonus pay. A company vehicle will be provided for daily use with paid drive time and the possibility of taking home daily. Modern Heating and Cooling has been providing quality HVAC work and service for Dane and other outlying areas for 35 years. We are looking to expand our customer base in al areas. Along with adding knowledgeable HVAC professionals to our team.

Pay Frequency : Weekly Typical working hours : 7AM – 4PM
